The process takes around 4-6 weeks. If you require your piece to be made sooner, please let us know and we’ll see if we can assist.
Both are “white” in appearance, however white gold has a rhodium plating on it and platinum doesn’t. Either way both metals need to be cleaned and polished once a year.
Bespoke Jewellery is the creation of a piece or pieces of jewellery and adornment especially for you to fill the requirements of your request. You would normally approach a bespoke jewellery designer with some idea or concept of what you are after. Together you would work through the bespoke jewellery process in order to create your custom one of a kind jewellery.
Yes, we can design a piece of jewellery using your diamond or gemstone.
We recommend a full clean, polish and check every year. In-between that you can take a cup of hot water, tablespoon of cloudy ammonia and a teaspoon of dishwashing liquid, mix it up and leave your jewellery to soak for a day. Brush with a soft toothbrush, rinse with water and dry.
Check with friends or find a ring that they may wear, even if it’s worn on the other hand and bring it to your Jewellery Design Consult. Alternatively wrap string or paper around the base of their finger. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen. Measure the string or paper with a ruler (mm).

Yes, we can re alloy the gold to be used for your new piece. Or we can offer you the Perth Mint trade in price /gram, on your gold, giving you a trade in amount that would be deducted off your new piece of jewellery cost i.e. If your trade in amount is $550 and your new jewellery piece is $1800, the cost to you for your new piece would be $1250.
We accept cash, ETF transfers or credit card. For all international transfers we recommend using Wise.
As each piece is custom made to order, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges.
All our diamonds are GIA certified and come with a certificate. Our diamonds and gemstones are ethically sourced locally in Perth, Australia & abroad.
